"Hailey’s On It! had some blink-and-you-miss-it queer moments at first. That is until Becker Denoga (voiced by Judy Alice Lee) entered the scene. At first, she seemed destructive and mischievous, as Scott’s sister. That is until she told her friend that she may want to kiss series protagonist Hailey Banks one day!
However, Becker later revealed that she found Hailey too needy, so she spurned her. Instead, she ended up being drawn to her once-rival, a fellow Black schoolgirl named Kennedy. When the episode “Along for the Slide” ended, this caused Hailey to be confused because she wasn’t aware of Becker’s crush, nor that Becker was now Kennedy’s girlfriend!"
