• Mary Kay Bergman was one of the most influential voice actresses of the 1990’s, she was best known for being the voice of Dr. Blight from Captain Planet and the Planeteers, the original voice of Timmy Turner from Fairly OddParents when it was a series of shorts on Oh Yeah! Cartoons, the third voice actress for Daphne Blake of Scooby-Doo, several supporting characters in Disney animated movies and series, and the original voices of all of the recurring female characters from South Park, tragically she suffered from General Anxiety Disorder and took her own life at the age of 38; her career lasted for 9 years. Although several projects she worked on were released years after her death, following her death research on her disorder helped spread awareness, several websites were dedicated to her, and two voice actress she mentored Tara Strong and Grey DeLisle became more prominent, with the two inheriting many of the characters she voiced.
