So, I Know That Guys Have Short Hair, But I Realized That Guys Have Long Hair, So Basically There Is A Subculture Of Males Called A "Long Haired Pretty Boy" Basically, They Fit In The Bifauxnen Subculture, They Are Constantly Attractive Then Short Haired Guys...

There Are Some Guys In Anime That Have Long Hair, Take  Yuusuke Nanpa And Igito For Example, And Some Other Ones Including Chroma Kurozane (From The Berry Blossom Anime) And Chainsaw (From The Hailey's On It Cartoon) 

So, A Long Haired Guy Is Nicer, And Pretter!
