Episode 3 Of Magical Girl Angel Lillel-Chan, English Dub Is Good, I Like How Shanaea Moore (Lillel) And Jade Kelly (Minerella) Have Became Friends In This Dub!
Here's The Recap!
Episode Recap:
Following the intense magical showdown from Episode 2, Mikari—still transformed as the darkly glamorous Minerella—is shaken when she discovers the true identity of Lillel: her old schoolmate, Risa. Reeling from this shocking twist, Mikari confronts Okumura (a.k.a. Prince Ashford) for answers.
Okumura reveals that he already knew. Through his own research, he had discovered Mikari’s secret past—not just as the villainous Minerella, but as a fleeting idol in the human world. He even plays her forgotten one-hit wonder pop single and shows her old magazine spreads from her modeling days. This bittersweet walk down memory lane leaves Mikari vulnerable, and surprisingly, Risa reaches out. Instead of escalating their rivalry, she offers friendship.
Mikari, touched, agrees.
Days pass peacefully, but an ominous magical storm descends upon the city, threatening both worlds. When danger strikes, both Mikari and Risa tap into a new tier of magical power, donning the radiant Angel’s Legendary Battle Armor for the first time. Okumura transforms as well, reclaiming his royal powers as Prince Ashford.
A dramatic battle erupts in a celestial arena as Lillel and Minerella, now allies, perform their powerful Armor Love Spell. Prince Ashford, caught between the radiant magic of his two newfound “girlfriends,” struggles to channel his own inner strength. Pushed to his emotional limit, he awakens a new ability: The Kiss of Healing. With a gentle kiss to each girl, he stabilizes the chaotic magic and ends the battle in harmony.
Later, outside the library, Mikari thanks Okumura for helping Risa open up, though she awkwardly confuses his magical name with his real one. He casually invites her to join him at the library for some “important study.” Mikari, flustered, runs off.
That night, inside the now-closed library, Risa and Okumura watch a news broadcast recounting Lillel’s rising fame as Japan’s newest magical icon. In a quiet moment, Okumura wonders aloud if he and Risa might fall in love someday. Just as he leans in for a kiss… he stops. They sit in silence, hiding together in a secluded study room as the library remains dark and still around them.
