Materials (Main Build)
Acrylic XT sheet, 3 mm – 200 × 60 cm (1x)

Aluminum profile 20×40, T-slot 5 – 1960 mm (4x)
Aluminum profile 20×20, T-slot 5 – 460 mm (4x)

3D cube connectors, T-slot 5 (8x)
Screws DIN 7380, M5×8, stainless (4x)
Brackets 20×20 mm, steel, black powder coated (4x)
Base plate (wood or MDF) (1x)
Metal tape, self-adhesive – 19 mm × 5 m (1x)
Brush seal, self-adhesive – 10 m × 9 mm × 5 mm (2x)
Magnetic tape – 3 mm thick × 20 mm wide × 6 m (1x)
T-slot nuts with spring, I-Type, Slot 5, M5 (4x)
Fabric tape (gaffer tape) – 25 mm × 25 m (1x)
Assembly Instructions
Cut an M5 thread into all ends of the aluminum profiles (or have it done by the supplier).
Assemble the aluminum profiles using cube connectors and brackets to form the main frame.
Prepare all acrylic panels except the largest one:
Cut approx. 4 mm off each corner.
Apply brush seal all around on one side.
Loosen the top bars one after another, slide the acrylic panels into the profile grooves, then tighten the bars again.
Clean the open side of the frame and apply the metal tape all around.
Front panel preparation:
Apply the magnetic tape (use super glue additionally for strong hold).
Let it cure.
Flip the panel and apply fabric tape all around.
Screw the complete construction onto the wooden or MDF base plate.

Aluminum profiles:

T-slot nuts M5 (24x)
Screws M5×8 (24x)
Shelf plate (glass, acrylic, wood or MDF)
Build a rectangular frame from the profiles, mount it inside the cabinet using brackets and T-slot nuts, then place your shelf plate on it.
