These Are My Most Important Milestone Moments Of 2025...

February marked the true beginning of the year’s cultural momentum. The month opened with the Major Cultural Festival, which doubled as the launchpad for the spring musical production _“Kiff: Lore of the Ring Light.” What initially sounded like a playful parody quickly became a full-scale phenomenon, blending humor, lore, and absurdly sincere musical numbers. Alongside it, the Anime Club Arc at Lumineria High School officially began, introducing rivalries, creative meltdowns, and late-night planning sessions that defined the rest of the school year.

This same period also unleashed one of the most infamous moments of 2025:
the Boy’s Love Yaoi Crossover, featuring Scott Denoga (Hailey’s On It) and Barry Buns (Kiff). What started as a joke escalated into fanart floods, heated discourse, ironic sincerity, and unignorable popularity—cementing itself as one of the most talked-about crossover events of the year.

March took a sharp tonal turn with the surprisingly iconic “Tomato Soup With Hot Sauce” New Soup Arc. Equal parts mundane and philosophical, this arc became a meme, a comfort symbol, and somehow a metaphor for creative risk-taking and emotional warmth.

April introduced quieter emotions through the Penpal Chinatsu Arc. Letters, delayed responses, and emotional honesty defined this chapter, offering a slower, more introspective rhythm after months of high energy and chaos.

June carried emotional weight with the start of the Graduation of Shoriko’s Sister Event. This arc focused on change, responsibility, and the bittersweet feeling of watching someone step into a new chapter of life while others remained behind.

August flipped the tone once again with the wildly chaotic Funniest Ads Arc. Over-the-top commercials, surreal humor, and perfectly timed absurdity made this one of the most rewatchable and quotable periods of the year.

Running parallel through the year were major gaming-focused arcs. The Mayano Top Gun Encounter in Umamusume delivered hype, surprise, and emotional payoff, while the Slippery Girls Gameplay Arc tested patience, skill, and sanity—becoming a shared struggle everyone remembered.

October slowed things down with a Small Depression Episode. Not dramatic, not explosive—just quiet heaviness. This arc resonated deeply, acknowledging burnout, creative exhaustion, and the importance of rest.

November reignited excitement with the long-awaited arrival of Hishi Akibono in Umamusume, bringing joy, renewed motivation, and a sense that something special was still ahead.

Finally, December closed 2025 with the Finale: The Borrowing of the Electronic Board Arc. A deceptively simple premise that wrapped up lingering threads, reflected on everything that had been built throughout the year, and ended on a note of shared memory, trust, and continuity—less about endings, and more about carrying things forward.
